The Ascend Bordeaux Wine Glass is made for deep, generous reds and city lights after dark. A tall stem rises to a broad, sculpted bowl, cut with fine vertical lines that gather like a skyline at dusk. The ultra clear glass shows every shade of cabernet and merlot, while the tapered rim concentrates aroma so blackberry, oak and spice reach the nose in layered waves.
At the lip, a hand applied 24k gold rim draws a perfect circle of light around each pour, catching the glow of candles and table lamps with a quiet, confident shine. The glass feels balanced and refined in the hand, giving Bordeaux, cabernet sauvignon, merlot and other full bodied red wines the space they need to breathe and unfold. On a marble dining table or a private bar cart, Ascend reads as both sommelier grade wine glass and sculptural object.
