About these terms and eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your place of residence to place an order. If you are under the age of legal majority, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or submit an order. Mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live remain unaffected.
Handcrafted creations and product information
Molten Majesty creations are made and finished by hand. Small variations in colour, dimensions, weight, engraving, bubbles, and other details are natural signatures of artisanal production. They make each piece individual and are not faults where they do not affect ordinary use.
We work to present descriptions, measurements, photography, and video accurately. Screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of each piece can create minor differences between an image and the creation received. Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Availability may change without notice. Packaging shown in editorial imagery is included only when the product description expressly says so.
Orders, acceptance, and availability
Adding a creation to your bag does not reserve it. By submitting checkout, you offer to buy the selected items under these terms. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received your request, but it does not by itself mean that we accepted it.
We accept an order when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons including unavailable stock, an error in price or description, an unsuccessful payment authorisation, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or limits on quantities. If payment has already been taken for an order we do not accept, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.
You are responsible for checking product selections, quantities, personalisation details, delivery information, and contact details before submitting the order. Contact Client Care promptly if anything needs attention. We will try to help, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once preparation or dispatch has begun.
Prices, currency, tax, and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected or displayed on the website. The total payable, including delivery and any taxes collected by us, is shown before you submit the order. Currency conversion or international transaction charges applied by your bank or payment provider are outside our control.
Where checkout states that taxes are included, the displayed total includes the taxes collected by us. Import duties, destination taxes, brokerage fees, and local handling charges may still be collected separately by customs, the courier, or another authority and are normally the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Payment is subject to authorisation and the terms of the relevant payment provider. We may correct pricing or description errors before accepting an order. Price changes do not affect an order we have already accepted.
Offers and promotional codes
Promotions, welcome offers, and discount codes are subject to any conditions presented with the offer. They may have an expiry date, minimum spend, product exclusions, territory limits, or a limit on use. Unless the offer states otherwise, only one code may be used per order and codes have no cash value.
We may withdraw or correct a promotion where it has been published in error or is used contrary to its stated conditions. This does not affect an order already accepted, except where fraud or unlawful use is involved.
Dispatch, delivery, and risk
Orders are 3–4 business days. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guarantees. Weekends, public holidays, destination restrictions, customs processing, severe weather, and courier disruption can extend them.
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and ensure that someone can receive the parcel where required. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery, or uncollected parcel may be deducted from a refund where lawful.
Risk passes to you when you, or a person you nominate, takes physical possession of the order, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us, risk may pass when the order is handed to that carrier.
Current services, destination availability, and detailed return instructions appear on our Delivery & Returns page. Checkout will show the services available for your address.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
You may request a return of an eligible creation within 30 days of delivery. Contact Client Care before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with complete original packaging and protective materials.
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, you are responsible for return postage and for using a suitably tracked and insured service. Personalised, commissioned, or final-sale items are not returnable where the law permits this exclusion.
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the funds. Original delivery charges, express upgrades, return postage, duties, and taxes are not normally refundable unless required by law or the return concerns a faulty or incorrect item.
Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other right that applicable consumer law gives you.
Damaged, faulty, missing, or incorrect orders
Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If a piece arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact Client Care as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, photographs of the piece and packaging, and a short description of the issue.
Do not discard the packaging or return the parcel before we provide instructions. Following review, we will offer the remedy required by applicable law and may arrange a replacement, repair, price adjustment, or refund as appropriate.
Care, quality, and statutory rights
Follow the care guidance supplied with a creation or shown on its product page. Damage caused by misuse, impact, unsuitable cleaning, extreme temperature change, normal wear, or use contrary to the guidance is not a manufacturing fault.
Our products will be supplied in accordance with the quality and consumer protection standards that legally apply to your order. Any voluntary statement about craftsmanship operates in addition to, and does not replace, your mandatory statutory rights.
Website use and intellectual property
You may use the website only for lawful personal shopping and information. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content at scale, impersonate another person, or use the website in a way that violates another person’s rights.
The website and its content, including the Molten Majesty name, marks, text, photography, video, graphics, product designs, and page design, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and make a personal copy of order information, but no other reproduction, distribution, commercial use, modification, or creation of derivative material is permitted without prior written consent.
Privacy, cookies, and third-party services
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment, delivery, analytics, and other services may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, security, or practices and are not responsible for them to the extent permitted by law.
Our responsibility and limits of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, for damage caused by your failure to follow care or safety guidance, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase, except where applicable law says otherwise.
The website is provided for general information and shopping. We work to keep it accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. These limits apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law and do not affect mandatory consumer protections.
Events beyond reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural events, fire, epidemic, war, civil disorder, government action, customs disruption, transport interruption, labour dispute, utility failure, or telecommunications failure.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect, keep you informed where practical, and perform our obligations as soon as reasonably possible. Your rights under applicable law remain available.
Applicable law and resolving concerns
Please contact Client Care first if you have a concern. We value the opportunity to understand the issue and seek a fair resolution.
These terms and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, subject always to any mandatory consumer protection law that applies in your place of residence. A dispute may be brought before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing here deprives you of a right to use your local courts or another remedy where that right is mandatory.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, our services, or the way the website operates. The effective date and version at the top identify the current edition. Changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.
Please review this page when placing a new order. If a material change requires separate notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it.
General provisions
- Severability. If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
- No waiver. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under an accepted order without our consent. We may transfer ours where this does not reduce your legal protections.
- Entire agreement. These terms, the order details, and policies expressly incorporated by reference form the agreement between us for your purchase.
- Third-party rights. Unless applicable law says otherwise, no person other than you and us may enforce these terms.
