This was a house warming gift for my sister. The bowl is beautiful and the customer service is simply the best I have ever received. Highly recommend this vendor! My sister also loved her gift and it's taken the prime spot in her drawing room. Other guests at the house warming also gave so many compliments. It's truly a piece that embodies joy and beauty!

The quality, delivery, and customer service were all absolutely top notch! As a gentle reminder (that i forgot to take myself haha) is that these are cordial goblet, so expect them to be smaller than for something like wine. :)

Due no fault of seller, it took a long time for piece to arrive. Seller was fabulous help and was right on top of tracking. A replacement was necessary since it was finally determined FedEx lost it. The bowl is beautiful and well crafted and worth the weight. Outstanding seller.

It is smaller than in the picture, quality is good, well crafted; delivery - well packed and safe; customer service is pleased.

The glass looks amazing! It absolutely has been constructed by someone who knows their stuff. My only holdback is that I did not realize the actual size of the glass. I thought this would be the size of a larger goblet. Still pretty pleased.

I received the item broken in several small pieces. I emailed the seller, who was most gracious in helping me through the claims process. I would buy from her anytime — the item was gorgeous and I wish I could buy it again. It was FedEx that destroyed the piece in transit, not the maker.
